Software Defined Radio (SDR) is a new type of wireless radio broadcasting and communication technology.
It is based on software-defined wireless communication protocols implemented without relying on fixed hardware connections. Frequency bands, air interface protocols, and functions can be upgraded by downloading and updating software, without the need to completely replace hardware.
100KHz–1.7GHz Full-Band RTL-SDR Receiver This receiver can be connected to a computer, Android smartphone, or other devices and used with SDR software to receive electromagnetic waves in the 100KHz–1.7GHz range.
It supports demodulation of AM, FM (NFM, WFM), CW, DSB, LSB, USB.
It can receive: medium wave (MW), shortwave (SW), FM broadcast, shortwave single-sideband (SSB) communication, and walkie-talkie transmissions.
